These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Harbovix website, reservation platform, passenger communications, and voyage participation services. By reserving a seat through the Harbovix website, each passenger agrees to comply with the conditions stated within this document. These conditions apply to all passengers, website visitors, and individuals communicating with Harbovix regarding voyage reservations.
Harbovix operates as a cruise operator and accepts reservation requests through its website. Reservations submitted through the website remain on hold for 48-hours from the reservation date. During this period, passengers must visit the registered Harbovix office located at Shun On Commercial Building, 112-114 Des Voeux Rd Central , Central, Hong Kong , and complete the reservation process through cash payment.
Harbovix currently operates within accepted regional routes and voyage zones determined by operational availability, maritime regulations, weather conditions, and port permissions. Reservations may be restricted depending on local operational limitations or regulatory requirements. Passengers may be requested to provide identification details or residency confirmation when necessary for voyage processing requirements.
Boarding locations are communicated directly to passengers during payment completion at the registered office. Passengers are responsible for reviewing all voyage details before departure. Harbovix may revise schedules, boarding procedures, embarkation points, or operational arrangements because of weather disruptions, port restrictions, government directives, safety procedures, or conditions outside operational control.
Passengers must arrive at the designated airport at least one hour before departure for passenger processing and boarding procedures. Failure to appear within the required reporting period will be classified as a no-show reservation. A no show reservation will be considered as a cancelled voyage, and no refund request, transfer request, or reservation adjustment will be accepted afterward.
All passengers must carry a valid government issued identification document during the scheduled voyage date. Failure to present valid identification during boarding procedures may result in denied boarding and cancellation of the reservation without refund eligibility.
Harbovix follows a reservation and payment model requiring passengers to reserve seats online and complete payment in person at the registered office. Online reservations alone do not confirm final voyage participation until the cash payment process has been completed within the 48-hour holding period .
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate reservation details, contact information, and passenger information during the reservation process. Harbovix will not accept responsibility for losses, delays, missed departures, or operational issues resulting from inaccurate details submitted by passengers.
Harbovix reserves the authority to refuse reservations, suspend website access, deny boarding, or cancel reservations involving unlawful conduct, abusive communication, fraudulent activity, unlawful resale activity, or violations of operational procedures.
Passengers may request cancellation of a reservation until the scheduled voyage date. If a cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before departure, the full amount paid by the passenger will be returned. If cancellation occurs on the same calendar day as the scheduled voyage, fifty percent of the paid amount will be deducted before the remaining balance is processed.
After receiving a cancellation request, Harbovix may request passenger banking details for refund processing purposes. Refund processing begins within 24-hours after cancellation approval. Banking providers may require up to seven business days before refunded amounts appear within the passenger account.
Passengers may contact Harbovix regarding reservation questions, cancellation requests, voyage information, or operational inquiries through contact@harbovix.com. Communication hours operate from 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, according to Hong Kong Time, excluding public holidays and operational closure periods .
Harbovix maintains passenger information according to applicable privacy obligations and operational recordkeeping requirements. Passenger information collected through the website, reservation requests, email communications, or operational documentation may include names, contact details, reservation information, identification details, and payment related records necessary for voyage administration.
Passenger information is managed according to applicable Hong Kong privacy regulations, including the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance and other relevant electronic transaction or commercial operation requirements. Additional information regarding data collection, data handling practices, website usage, and communication procedures is available through the Harbovix Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions operate according to the laws and regulations applicable within Hong Kong. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding associated with Harbovix services shall remain subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Hong Kong. If any provision within this document becomes unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining sections shall continue operating with full effect. Harbovix may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website or reservation platform following published updates constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
