This Refund Policy explains the cancellation, refund, processing, and reservation conditions associated with voyages reserved through the Harbovix website and reservation platform. By reserving a voyage through Harbovix, passengers acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined within this policy. This policy applies to all passengers, website visitors, reservation holders, and individuals communicating with Harbovix regarding voyage participation.

Harbovix operates as a cruise operator accepting reservation requests through its website. After a passenger submits a reservation request online, the selected seat remains on hold for 48 hours from the reservation date. During this holding period, passengers must visit the registered Harbovix office located at Shun On Commercial Building, 112-114 Des Voeux Rd Central , Central, Hong Kong , and complete the reservation process through cash payment.

Harbovix currently operates within accepted regional voyage routes and operational zones determined by maritime regulations, port permissions, weather conditions, and operational availability. Reservation approvals, cancellations, and voyage participation remain subject to local operational restrictions and applicable regulations within Hong Kong.

Condition of Reservations

Passengers may request cancellation of a reservation until the scheduled voyage date. Cancellation requests submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time qualify for a full refund of the amount paid during reservation completion. Cancellation requests submitted on the same calendar day as the scheduled voyage remain eligible for a partial refund, with fifty percent of the paid amount deducted before the remaining balance is processed.

Passengers classified as no show reservations are not eligible for refunds. A no show reservation occurs when a passenger fails to arrive at the designated airport at least 1 hour before departure for passenger processing and boarding procedures. No show reservations are considered cancelled voyages, and refund requests or reservation adjustments will not be accepted afterward.

All passengers must carry a valid government issued identification document during the scheduled voyage date. Failure to present valid identification during boarding procedures may result in denied boarding and cancellation of the reservation without refund eligibility.

Fiscal Details

Harbovix does not apply administrative return charges or additional cancellation handling charges beyond the deduction conditions described within this policy. After receiving an accepted cancellation request, Harbovix may request passenger banking details for refund processing purposes. Refund processing begins within 24 hours after cancellation approval. Depending on the passenger banking provider, refunded amounts may require up to seven business days before appearing within the passenger account.

Passengers are responsible for submitting accurate reservation details, contact information, and refund related banking details. Harbovix will not accept responsibility for refund delays resulting from incomplete details, inaccurate banking information, banking interruptions, governmental directives, or circumstances outside operational control.

Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy operates according to the laws and regulations applicable within Hong Kong, including applicable consumer transaction requirements, electronic communication obligations, privacy obligations, and commercial operation requirements. Nothing within this policy removes passenger rights available under applicable consumer protection laws within Hong Kong.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding associated with reservation cancellations or refund requests shall remain subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Hong Kong. Harbovix may revise this Refund Policy periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the website, reservation services, or voyage participation platform following published revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated policy conditions.
